1. The dev already know takei won't endorse it and probably threaten legal action.
2. He buy in votes on cryptsy to create hype.
3. He dumps like crazy today.
4. He announce that takei don't want to be involved.
5. Close the twitter and website.
6. Profit.
Thing is, he didn't make any profit at all and the dump on cryptsy was really small. So all that work he did for months only got him what 2btc? Not even worth talking about.
I'm sure this is real and he was forced to remove the site and twitter account from Takei's lawyers.
