our main problem is demand of the product which is dropping during pandemi. Not only seller who get a crisis economy condition but also the customer, as the seller's perspective we should know that for sure.

Food home delivery services have seen an astounding growth ever since the pandemic forced governments to implement lockdown measures. So why don't you partner with some of these services, to deliver your products directly to the customers?

It is true that food delivery services can increase their sales, but if the problem is that buyers are also experiencing economic difficulties and cannot afford the food they are selling, a food delivery strategy will not help much of their business.  But still, food delivery services are worth a try but they also have to be patient a lot if things don't go well as expected.

In this case it is only partially true. He is mostly dealing with kebabs and burgers, which are affordable to the vast majority of the population. In fact, I would say that as a result of the financial crunch, people may avoid more expensive full-service restaurants and rely more on cheaper fast food joints. What he needs to do is to combine both the dine-in and delivery options.
