There are no available campaign for a newbie I think, but if you rank up to a member, I think there is a good chance that you can participate and apply for an open campaign, but at the moment what I can suggest to you is forget about signature and focus on ranking up, as I check in the profile you registered in 2017, have you been away from the forum, I suggest you engage in the forum discussion, and create an informative post, and might rank up in the next few months or so, good luck and welcome back.
