I do swap instantly through one platform cryptocurrency. I'm side for received Ethereum, unlucky.. my transaction is pending (I see that on explorer blockchain Ethereum).
For this case what should I do? Trying to get support then send an ticket / help. or may I need to waiting my transaction solved own?
What's possible is for waiting? need an hour? a days? or even a weeks?
1. if the pending tx's created by you and then you can replace it with a new tx that has a better fee than your old tx '
2. if the pending tx's created by the swap service and what you can do just wait until it will be confirmed and you can do nothing with it. It looks like the tx was coming from you and you can try to replace it with a new tx and you must put more fees in your new tx
According to OP message he is receiver therefore the options left for him are either to wait ( may lasts for days) or communicate with sender and ask to cancel trx and send the new one with increased fee. AFAIK, the sender can't replace the old transaction. He needs to cancel the old one first by sending (taking the nonce equal to nonce of stuck trx) zero ETH to its own address from which that trx was sent.
