A site will only be close if they are close by the regulators, they might have a bad reputation here but I'm pretty sure they still have a lot of gamblers, with that said, it means they are still operating profitable. I'm not saying I'm with them but I'm just trying to be realistic here, though we hate them but we can't dictate them.
