I prefer no one. What happened in the past will remain as past. We should not hope for ICO or IEO to return since the history will do happen again. What this community need is something new that can filter every project, I know this seems impossible for now andscammers will always be around, but to choose between ICO or IEO to return, that is something that we should hope for.
