no one can be sure if this month is the best time to invest in an ICO and anytime is a great time to invest.  so that you are not disappointed, you must have investment money that does not burden you because we know that investing in ICO / IEO and DeFi project is really high risk.  Do more research and be prepared with all possible risks before investing in an ICO / IEO or DeFi project..
