Until now, ICOs market is unstable because the scams, also I readed in many fórums that December is a good month to invest in ICOs, because people are saving money to invest in crypto, actually i dont have so much money to invest, do you think December is a good time to invest in new ICOs projects? 
I thought that ICO is already dead as it has been replaced by IEO already? So it doesn't matter if it is December, I don't think that there is a ICO project worth investing as this point. What we have right now is the Defi hype and this is where all the money is going right now in the alt coin market.
It's better to invest your money in top 10 altcoin in the market, instead of looking for ICO that could be a gem in the future as there are precedent of scam ICO in the past the makes investors stay away from them.
