Threre were some questions about KYC, so please, let me explain, how it works.

Basically, there are some requirements we have to fullfill due to our licence. We have to confirm player's identity and payment methods a player uses on the website.

Verification can be requested at any moment of player's gaming activity on the website. Standard pack of documents consist of an ID document (ID card, driver's license, passport) and payment method (photo of card, screenshot of Skrill/Neteller etc.). Some additional photos can be requested by administration, for example proof of address, but it happens rather rarely.

To ensure the safety of information of our players, all photos have to be sent via the website direclty and administration checks it, we do not use an email or chat to accept photos for verification. Players also can hide some information, for example part of ID number, or part of bank card number and CVV.
