The fees seem to be pretty high.
If you want to take inspiration from the Moonfaucets then make your claim amount increase over time just like them.
This and the 5 minute cooldown time are the reasons why the moonfaucets are so popular in the first place.
But i recommend trying what you are comfortable with and see how it goes, you can adjust it later anyway.

I just set it to 1 satoshi every 5 minutes and upto 100 claims per day.
Faucetpay fees is now 10 satoshi only.
