From 27th till 31rd of Dec will launch 1st round of IEO on ChainX exchange with token price 0.30 usdt.
This IEO is your second token sale? Because on your introduction post you state that first token sale will happen on 15-25 instead of the very end of Dec. Or is it a simple case of reschedule?
Ahh ok, and what will be the token allocation? The presale will be 1m, so the rest 199m will be split into the two IEO? Further, the licensing allocation will only be from the presale? Or will it be on every stages of sale combined?
