An issue that has to be taken care of is the "renting and not paying" problem.
maybe a user who is not paying should get a 10% fine on his next rent....
or a 1 BTC deposit is necessary before renting....
I get several of those a day and I really don't like it...!

you register an account, you click on rent... a second time that you are willing to pay... thats it...
