YES. You can use multiple accounts to bet with -- the limit is that you cannot self refer. YES they can all win prizes during competitions.
NO, you cannot CHAT with multiple accounts as that can lead to abuse of the tips that can be received in chat. We typically warn you first and then will mute if you continue to use multiple accounts to abuse chat.
Those people seems don't know yet until now. They are disscussing that because there are lot of gambling sites prohibits their user to create multiple accounts on same gambling site or all accounts will be permanently banned. That's why when they've heard yolodice allow people use multiple accounts, they are curious about that
