Airdrops is not the same as before, most of the airdrops nowadays is scam and will require their participants to send a few amount of payment to receive the free drop which will not have any value at all. In short, participants will be paying for the token that is useless and nothing to expect even after a few months of waiting for it to have a value.
for now, I have never been on airdrops anymore, and the reason is that currently quite a lot of airdrops have ended up being scams.
