AFAIK,  openbazaar.org itself is build with the use of  IPFS protocol which is projected to be the base of Web 3.0 . IPFS allows to build any decentralized  WEB site.  BTW, well known Iniswap is also uses IPFS https://uniswap.org/blog/ipfs-uniswap-interface/
