It depends on how you put it out for people. But for me I don’t think that there is anything hard in understanding about Bitcoin. I have been able to teach a lot of people about Bitcoin and those I teach about it, majority of them starts making use of cryptocurrency that same day, they will install the wallet, buy and sell easily and also do transactions.

I first tell them that it is a payment method and is mainly used for cross border transactions, and then I help them install a wallet and teach them where and how to send, and the next I teach them about receiving funds through cryptocurrency.
