The hashbord is toasted, while the kernel log shows 0 asic, it doesn't mean all Asics are bad, it could be a single one of them or any other issue, judging from the kernel log, you only have one hash board plugged in right? what about the other two hash boards, do they work fine? the reason why I ask is because this could be caused by a bad PSU, but if the PSU is able to run the other two hash boards then it's not it.
