Aren't you affraid to kill your GPU with such settings ?
I got 3060ti and 3070 and I realize that performances are identical. But I don't go so high in configuration. I prefer stability and durability (fans are not eternal at 100% speed).

These settings were for testing the best that I could get.
I would definitely optimize for better Hash/W ratio.
And fans i usually run at 85-90 as staying in deserts is not cool for most of the year
