He won the prize fair and square, no doubt about that, but as he not answers back to support, they can't wait forever. It is like when you participate in the lottery and win a big prize, if you don't claim it after 1 year (speaking for the Belgium lottery) than this prize is added to the prizepool again. That also seems fair to me.
