If you are doing business on Panxora, please advise me. I withdraw money from 9/12 to now have not received the money. Sent over 10 messages, but received only 1 status response being supported. 
The name of this exchange I did not know before seeing the thread. That means don't know how much trusted this exchange or any bad about this. So since you have posted a scam accusation you should provide all the information in detail. You just said you have messaged them 10 times and one is supported. So feel free to share your story with full info. Also, don't forget to follow the format of scam accusation.
