Can i please have a follow-up about my refund status? No answers in over 10 emails sent in different emails on last 48h.
You never refunded me any deposit on any of my accounts so far. Also my main account was closed for terms violation and as you said before you always return the deposited funds in those cases. I don't understand why it takes so long without answering. I believe all my emails are being ignored. This is a pathetic customer support service.
refund is possible via contacting our security team only, in case you already did - my only suggestion is to wait for their answer. Spamming will only increase load and slow response time.
So explain what kind of violation he did.
