He has no ability to move the thread since he was not the original poster of the ICO ANN. The ANN contains his image, and yet he's not affiliated to the ICO but the person who posted it has been inactive since. I think @PrimeNumber7 highlighted the most appropriate steps @Apollyon can take
Using images of other people that are not affiliated to the project is a sign of scam. I also suggest that OP creates a warning in the scam accusations sub-board against the ICO

Yes, I understood the problem description quite correctly
As has been said, the topic belongs in "scam accusations" and not "meta". Hence my suggestion to move the thread.
