I am not really at home in the altcoins I made a deposit via bitcoins that actually went quite quickly after 1 confirmation on the network I think you have to wait even longer with altcoins you have had your credit in your account why did you not have it approached the helpdesk if the amount was not correct. that is better than betting sooner or later that will come out anyway, I think if you want to make a payment for example, or you have to be lucky that they don't notice anything haha
