How the hype on ICO return? I don't see any chances of it. Unfortunately, most people already doubt ICOs because most ICOs just produced scam or shit coins. It should be not easy to ensure the people to invest in ICOs again. There must be a big change in ICO, especially in the listing plan. The investors want a guarantee for the listing on trustable exchange.
