In other hands, if there was anything suspicious or breaking rules of the guy play then you can be able to remove balance for reasons.

A legit website would require KYC and FIX the misunderstanding with the name on register and edit it.

Wrong provided name cannot be reason for removing winnings but only cheating for willing can be reason to remove balance.
