I think it's very hard to Bitcoin reach a new ATH at the end of this year. It will go sideway around 19.8k to 17k and the really chance to reach new ATH with Bitcoin will come at the middle of the next year.
If to reach new ATH at the end of this year, I believe Bitcoin will. The current price is $19,300 and needs $700 more for ATH to be reached, if in Bullish situation like this I think it's easy for Bitcoin to go up $700. But for Pump, I believe it will be at the end of 2021.
