ALL trades are frozen.. and I just tried to withdraw my BTC and those transactions are frozen too.

an exchange that freezes withdrawals  smells too much like Mt Gox.

all exchanges should keep 100% reserve and so people should be able to withdraw their funds whenever they want.

sure, they have been in maintenance the past week but that didn't stop them from taking my deposit and that's why this exchange doesn't smell right..
