Re: what do you do to keep fit ?

I'm little fat now, but before that i was running every single day. This was keeping me fit, good looking and healthy. 

You should be continuing doing this and not stop it , as in lockdown time as well I also put on weight but then have started now to go daily and also cycling for some time. This helps me remain refresh, keeps me fit and feeling much better as well. Most important is that we should remain fit which just keep us going.
