Anyone mining this coin should set the coin reward to as high as possible.
Higher block reward = Minersmake more money.
Higher block reward = Miners

The IPO is only 5%, so it's not that big of a difference. Voting for an amount above 100M, makes it less rare and less valuable.
I am new to mining this coin, so not sure of the voting etc
Firstly I have a standalone PC, which cannot compete with people who use rigs or cloud providers.
Therefore, what would be the best vote setting e.g. -v 1024, and what option should I use to make HVC more rare?
