All will become apparent with time. The staking application will release along with instructions. Until then, you can always add liquidity on Uniswap!
I got mvt but not MVT, how to get MDT?

MVT is for the flow of value.
MDT is for governance.
There are a couple of strategies here I suppose.
MDT is available 3 ways at the moment.
You can exchange your MVT for MDT via our DAO site. This mints MDT increasing the amount of MDT available.
Or you can purchase via Uniswap.
Or Balancer.
