Personally, I have no experience with religious people in regard to the blockchain and cryptocurrency. However, I do believe that it is important that we respect whatever views these people may have on this subject though if they have an open mind maybe a little education can help. Always emphasize to them that blockchain technology means transparency and away from the control of a group of people and in some sort can be freedom to many. There is no need to go into the deep technological aspect as that can be so hard to fathom for people already above 60s, maybe younger people can be easily swayed to open their understanding. One thing for sure is that there is no evidence to connect blockchain and cryptocurrency to the myriad of symbols in the Bible.
In someway or another they can embrace the use of bitcoins most specially when they were receiving donations from other people who worship them. Instead of giving money physically which is not recommended for now since there is a covid as of now they can receive the money through digital ways and avoid spreading the virus.
