The truth of the matter is without this initiative many of the awesome interview I have read in the past week won't have been read due to the fact that I'm no longer a frequent visitor to the reputation board and the interview thread. You reminded us that some interesting stories have been told by the forum members that needs to be read and It wasn't a disappointing experience.
