Well I just sent a smaller one to CoinEx (7000 zeit) and it came almost instantly. So over an hour (and counting) on 2m, instant for 7k...?
I think your the only one with problems with coinex & zeit so probably best just contact them and they will hopefully sort it out for you. Maybe people in their chat can help.
