I think the owner/admin can't change that minimum withdrawal due to the possible abuse from their giveaways and withdrawals. This is a precaution of every casino so that they can't be abused and be flooded by new accounts that are sole purpose is to abuse the casino. I think below the minimum withdrawal isn't that worth to withdraw, I think it's better to play with it to reach the minimum amount.

We just wanted to emphasize that CoinDragon doesn't have a minimum withdrawal set. You are free to withdraw your coins (even those that you earned in our competitions) as long as you have enough to cover the network fee.

So, in your case Pjul, it's the case when your current balance isn't enough to cover the network fee at that moment. Unfortunately, that part does not depend on us, but we also went one step further and have multiple options to choose from when it comes to the fee you are willing to pay (a higher fee will help the confirmation process to be faster, and the lower ones are a bit slower, so depending on how urgent it is for you to get your coins in your wallet - you choose your desired fee level).
