Sometimes new bookmakers need some time to find out or realize things. I wouldn't judge them on that right away. They seem to want to do everything by the book, they also have a license so I wouldn't worry about payouts. One point for improvement may be that they occasionally do not process payouts fast enough to satisfaction to customers, but so far everybody was paid what I can read and there accusation was solved what they wrote. I think they have in general a good start. Time will tell how good their reputation will be.
