The question was "How is it not honest?".
My answer to that is it's not Honest because of the following reasons.
1. He controls WHEN and IF there is a new round and WHEN and IF the round stops
2. He controls WHO gets paid and HOW MUCH they get paid (Keep in mind the money that he gives to other people is collected from other people that "invest" in the Ponzi"
3. He evades Domain Name bans and uses mass filtering and Bitcoin Address Masking to make sure he is never held accountable for his actions
