There's no way to remove the negative feedback, only Lauda herself can remove the feedback, and since Laura is no longer active on the forum and is likely never going to post or carry out any activity on that account again, the only thing that can be done is for another user who's DT1 to give a counter feedback to the Lauda feedback.
