In Russion section Ratimov does reverse. He uses Google tool  to translate English article into Russian, makes slight alterations and then copy-paste   that translation.

The comparison of  two texts, one given by Google and the  other published by Ratimov gives expected result. Both are almost identical. Ratimov is so lazy that he   don't bother himself to change the wordings or spin the words. Mods have to be blind if they don't see that.

I used this tool https://text-compare.com/ to compare his and Google  Translate passages.
