Lauda has left the forum forever. That was her own decision. Therefore the only way to make her neg inactive is to ask DT members (including DT2) to remove her from their trust lists. There perhaps should be a separate thread for this on Reputation board as the touching each DT member separately is a tough task.
You do realize that if Lauda gets off DT for this reason that means all the negative feedback S/he left other scammers for all those years will go under untrusted feedback?
Yes I do, but if she is nether DT1 or DT2 that neg from her has null effect i.e. it's not seen in the DefaultTrust mode which a reference mode to check user trust score in this forum. I understand that negative tag may be a kind of personal insult for him but, IMO, the best way to cope with this is not pay attention to tags from those users who left the forum.
