I guess you shouldn't be vague with this kind of offer. It would be nice to own an exchange yet the huge risks is the anonymity and the system itself. How come that we could know if your exchange doesn't have any suspicious scripts on the backend if you wouldn't let us have ALL of the source code of your system? I mean that must be the thing you should offer, and not a website that we don't even know on what place it is located (its physical server and firewall). This offer must be the source code and we rather have that just to ensure that we can use our own servers and manage it physically.
200KUSD is too huge for a running platform that we couldn't control. We rather hire 2 full stack developers and a team to make new exchange.
