Some of the victims are not from this forum, they are coming from other gambling forum or just looking to gamble online they find 1XBIT on other sites advertisement just look on Publish0X,their banner is prominently displayed there and sometimes it appear in Coinmarketcap
they are not spending their advertisement campaign here because they are exposed, they do it in other platform.

Again that doesn't matter where these new users come from, nowadays is just too easy to do a little bit of search that could take you only a few seconds.
They can just easily search on google and get a very good look at their reputation:
