I really like your portfolio as it contains good coins and not shitcoins, also it is well spread. Asking about the best coins for 2021, I would say it is Bitcoin and Ethereum. The reason is, the growth witnessed in Bitcoin this past weeks can be seen to come from big investors, not only that, also Bitcoin is getting massive attention from big cooperations which are adopting it as a payment option, also this attention is most likely to increase in the upcoming years. That is for Bitcoin, for Ethereum, the team are also working on upgrading the platform to work even more efficient, so it is clear these two coins will perform well in the coming years. As for ICO, I don't know much about them, and I would rather stick to Bitcoin and Ethereum.
