Yes checked Wallets & Addresses and still no dice. Showed I didn't even have any transactions and only one address. We looked it up and still no dice.
It's the weirdest thing.
What exactly did blockchain.com support tell you? You might not have a choice but buckle up and keep pestering them. It's very likely that no one outside of blockchain.com can actually help you.
