I see you are made a big steps in digitalization and decentralizing a lot of aspects of our lives for a last twenty years. I think our community will be ready for next step soon.
Bitcoin which is the father of all cryptocurrency is just 11years now not twenty years and the big steps you are talking of was made by the whole crypto communities.
Bitcoin was the first and nice step to solve all the problems. But, as you can see - govs are not met it warmly. Even when they make some steps to integrate blockchain in our lifes, they make ten steps back to deface it and make impossible more broader integration. It's absolutely normal for XXI century. The only thing lacking is the burning of heretics.
We shouldnt expect nothing less from the government because they will never support decentralization system and thats the reason they always say something negative about Bitcoin but later said Bitcoin the true liberty people need when the leave the office.
Of course our politics, chancellors, kings, presidents will try to deface new technology again. But they will not be able to confront the desire of everyone to directly control their own lives, cities where do they live...
Thats the reason why they are unable to bring Bitcoin down and I hope bond between the crypto community will be more stronger in the future cause the institution that just join the scheme can do anything that will harm the market later.
Who am I? It does not matters. I am one from our team, who is happy to say that we finished the concept and have started to work on application. Maybe even I not the best candidate to say this (I'm not pretty well with ENG), but I am here. And we are already working. By the years our team got a very cool specialists in economic, politic, programming and other... I will (maybe someone other of our team) return directly in this thread on a Sat, 25th December 2021, and will let you know about our progress.

2. We will not run any website, service, application.
3. We will not give any interview.
