I don't feel he is the best for the job but I wouldn't pull the rug out from under him months before launch.   I evaluate Evo,  next steps, and go from there.   Having Evo out will be something that Ryan can build on but it might require a new skillset to move Dash forward from there.  

Not sure why it urks me so much, but how Evan left, the whole Dash Labs, ... the entire thing just felt like an exit scam.   Not saying it was, just continues to feel that way.   Dash could have fallen apart and it wouldn't have surprised me.   I give DCG some credit for getting us here and things look promising...   but man..   Evan.    His vision is what got most of us hooked on Dash but the heavy lifting came after that.   Just don't feel the same way about Ryan.    Waiting to see that spark in the project again.
