Sorry to go off-topic, but did it really take 4 years to recover the account? If so, was it because you didn't contact admin about it, or was it just that long of a backlog?
As for Lauda's feedback, currently Lauda is on DT2 with a strength of 0. All it would take is one more DT1 member to exclude Lauda from their trust list and the review will drop from your trust score.
