No DT means= Default Trust .

They are the person who can send negative feedback or trust  to other  users that they think is not trustworthy or have scam Accusations open to that users here . It's work only in this forum but i don't know if altcoin talk also have the same position there .maybe , but I'd never visit that forum yet.
