It sounds like a computer, not like a human. That's too bad, because this could be a good service. I've seen many promotional Youtube videos that use a digitally created voice-over. If you could provide a human voice, you may find more buyers.
Yes, that was my query form the OP too because there is a lot of demand for real human voice over. Everyone can get computer voice overs from many software's available online. This can be done free through Audacity if you have some knowledge about it.
