I would not say the next ethereum but if you check out the utilities and use cases I find Tron TRX to be the closest to ethereum ecosystem as tron is almost offering all the same services that ethereum does with faster and cheaper transactions but eth is more popular, more practical and has more adoption so it will not be an easy task for anyother project to even come close to ethereum.
