It looks like you can, I'm not using pc but I have been using the combination between my smartphone and PC. I have been staking my coins from both DAI on my exodus wallet on PC and then some POS coins on my trust wallet on my phone and both were running perfectly until today. You can try to make a small experiment about that dude.
